AAAF has made arrangements for a block of rooms at several Nice Hotels where rates have been especially negotiated for ICAS2010 delegates.
Hotels have been selected on the basis of distance from the conference centre and category; AAAF’s aim being to offer a wide choice of accommodation for all delegates attending ICAS2010.
Please specify in advance the time and date of arrival and departure and identify yourself with the ICAS congress. These rooms will be held for AAAF/ICAS until the block is sold out. A deposit equal to one night room for the stay of one night and a two nights deposit for the stays of 2 nights or more and tax is required by most hotels.
It is a busy time of year in Nice and AAAF strongly recommends booking your hotels early as they fill up quickly.
